It is a pleasure to tell everyone about Brad Hofmann! Brad was the leadership course instructor for an innovative mentorship program for mentors of elementary students in New Mexico. When Brad joined the organization, he inherited a course syllabus that was largely irrelevant and esoteric to young adult mentors. Brad was able to adapt the course materials for the audience. This is a special skill that changed a dry, boring course into one that excited and motivated the mentors.

Brad was also able to change the course into a thriving, active experience. Even though the course was broadcast throughout the state and often used at sites from archived recordings, his format encouraged the mentors and site facilitators to participate in ways that made the course seem live. As a course facilitator myself, I welcomed his inclusion of excellent examples and opportunities for small group discussions. He made my job as course facilitator very rewarding.

I highly recommend Brad to anyone needing a dynamic, responsive leader for discussions large or small. He is a terrific trainer that will pinpoint the needs of the client and deliver highly engaging experiences!

As a participant in Brad's workshops, I've found them to be engaging, relevant, and widely applicable to different situations. Brad connects with the participants and models the content he is teaching. He is also able to distill a significant amount of material into key aspects to maximize what the audience takes away for the time invested in the workshop. For example, in short workshops, Brad will focus on the "how-to" and practical applications, while including just enough of the "why this is important" to motivate participants to apply what they are learning. Brad also has a excellent knack of introducing a concept and connecting it to a broad range of applications, so that a single tool is relevant in many scenarios.  I highly recommend Brad Hofmann as a resource in mentoring and leadership training.

I had heard some great things about Brad's seminars from fellow coaches and thought I would give it a try. Since golf is 90% mental, I wanted to find a program that would help my team think more positively during a round and when things went wrong. Mr. Hofmann fulfilled the greatness aspect and went beyond! My team was mesmerized for an hour and a half (and with teenage girls that is tough to do)! His persuasive approach was just what the team needed. He was able to connect with my players quickly and get them to think positively about their mental side of the game.
